(कम््यूटर स.ं 98960)] जवजपि कुमार, मख्ु य प्रिासजिक अजधकारी (जिमााण) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Central Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 30th December, 2024 S.O. 196(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) & Railway Amendment Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (Hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose the land situated at District Hathras of the state of Uttar Pradesh, the brief description of which has given in the Schedule annexed hereto is required for the purpose of execution of the North Central Railway's Special Railway project, namely Raising of Speed to 160kmph/200kmph on existing New Delhi-Howrah route (incl. Kanpur-Lucknow) in the district of Hathras in the State of Uttar Pradesh, for Traction Sub-Station & Sub Sectioning and Paralleling Post hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Newspapers, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under Section 20D sub- section (1) of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sasni/SLAO Hathras Uttar Pradesh in writing and shall set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing such[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20D of the said Act shall be final u/s 20D sub section (3). The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent Authority/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sasni/SLAO Hathras.
