This letter serves as an amendment to Government Order No. 05/3099/77-6-2024-77-6099/115/2024 dated 04.02.2025, concerning M/s Kanodia Cement Limited, Bulandshahr, under the Industrial Investment Promotion Scheme-2003. The original order sanctioned the release of the remaining 10% of the interest-free loan amounting to ₹1,06,62,000.00 for the financial year 2017-18.
Due to typographical errors, the initial order’s endorsement/copy had two corrections:
* Item 2 incorrectly stated "Chief Treasury Officer, Lucknow" instead of "Chief Treasury Officer, Kanpur."
* Item 5 incorrectly stated "Joint Commissioner, Industries, Lucknow Division, Lucknow" instead of "Commissioner and Director of Industries, Directorate of Industries, Kanpur."
This letter corrects these errors, clarifying that Item 2 should read "Chief Treasury Officer, Kanpur" and Item 5 should read "Commissioner and Director of Industries, Directorate of Industries, Kanpur." The rest of the terms and conditions remain unchanged.
