**Subject:** Amendment/Clarification Regarding Industrial Investment Promotion Scheme-2003

**Reference Number:** 12/2025/365/77-6-2025-77-6002(099)/7/2021, dated February 17, 2025.
**Purpose:** This letter serves as an amendment/clarification regarding the implementation of the Industrial Investment Promotion Scheme-2003 for M/s Suruchi Foods Pvt. Ltd., Mathura (Financial Year 2019-20). It addresses a clerical error in Government Order number 09/25/3147/77-6-2024-6002(099)/7/2021, dated February 11, 2025, concerning the financial sanction of ₹19,45,21,000.00 for 90% interest free loan.
**Amendment:** In the endorsement/copy section, item number 5 of the Government Order dated February 11, 2025, the incorrect wording "Joint Commissioner Industries, Lucknow Mandal, Lucknow" should be replaced with "Commissioner and Director Industries, Directorate of Industries, Kanpur".
**Implementation:** The Government Order dated February 11, 2025, should be read and understood with the aforementioned correction. All other terms and conditions of the original order remain unchanged.
