* The amendments are effective up to the limits described in Government Order संख्या-2959/77-6-03-41(टैक्स)/01 dated 14.12.2006. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

संख्या-2959/77-6-03-4टैक्स)/0। दिनांक 74.42.2006 के प्रस्तर-5(6) में निम्नवत् संशोधन करने की
श्री राज्यपाल महोदय सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं:-

ATTY ब्याज मुक्त ऋण की धनराशि राज्य सरकार की नीति के प्रावधानों के अनुसार है।
2. अत: औद्योगिक निवेश प्रोत्साहन नियामवली-2003(यथासंशोधित) के शासनादेश संख्या-2959/77-6-
03-4(टैक्स)/0। दिनांक 4.2.2006 को इस सीमा तक संशोधित समझा जाए। उक्त शासनादेश की शेष
शर्तें एवं प्रावधान यथावत् रहेंगी ।
