Letter from Anil Kumar, Deputy Secretary, U.P. Government, to the Chief Executive Officer, UPIDA, Paryatan Bhavan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, dated March 13, 2019, reference number 11/2019/543/77-3-2019-19Budget/2018, Industrial Development Section-3.
The Governor has approved the release of Rs. 30,77,04,658.00 (Rupees Thirty Crore Seventy Seven Lakh Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight only) from the allocated amount of Rs. 113.63 crore under Grant No. 07, Head "2852-Industry-80-General-800-Other-16-Assistance to UPIDA for interest payable on loans taken from financial institutions for the construction of Agra to Lucknow Expressway-20-Assistance Grant-General (Non-Salary)" for the period January, 2019 to March, 2019, subject to the following conditions:
1. The amount should not be kept in UPIDA's bank account and should only be withdrawn as per immediate requirement.
2. UPIDA is responsible for providing the utilization certificate to the government on time.
3. The amount should be withdrawn after obtaining approvals at the competent level and complying with the guidelines issued by the Finance (Income-Expenditure) Section-1 vide office memorandum No. 1/2018/B-2-375/Ten-2018-231/2018, dated 30.03.2018, before spending the approved amount.
The expenditure will be booked under Grant No. 7, Head "2852-Industry-80-General-800-Other-16-Assistance to UPIDA for interest payable on loans taken from financial institutions for the construction of Agra to Lucknow Access Controlled Expressway (Green Field)-20-Assistance Grant-General (Non-Salary)" of the current financial year 2018-19.
