4. Fund withdrawal must follow established procedures with competent level approvals, complying with directives issued via Finance (Income-Expenditure) Section-1, memorandum 1/2020/B-1-149/दस-2020-231/2020 dated 24.03.2020, government order 4/2020/B-1-192/दस-2020 - 231/2020 dated 07.04.2020, government order 5/2020/B-1-196/ दस-2020-231/2020, dated 11.04.2020 and 18.05.2020.
5. Funds must be used for the designated purpose only.
The order also notes that it is electronically issued and verifiable on the website http://shasanadesh.up.gov.in. The expenditure is to be debited under the aforementioned budget head. The order is issued with the consent of the Finance (Expenditure Control) Section-6 as per their reference number अशा० संख्या-ई-6-33/दस-2021 dated 15.01.2021.

2- इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-2 के आय-व्ययक के
अनुदान संख्या-07 के लेखाशीर्षक “5054.सड़कों तथा सेतुओं पर पूंजीगत परिव्यय 03-राज्य राजमार्ग 337-
सड़क निर्माण कार्य 08-बुन्देलखण्ड एक्सप्रेस-वे परियोजना के साथ डिफेन्स कारिडोर परियोजना 24-वृहद
निर्माण कार्य” मद में प्राविधानित धनराशि रू. i50.00 करोड़ में से डिफेन्स इण्डस्ट्रियिल कारिडोर के
विकास हेतु जनपद अलीगढ़ के ग्राम अण्डला, तहसील खैर में डिफेन्स कारिडोर के विकास हेतु वन विभाग
द्वारा परियोजना परिसर में किये गये वृक्ष पातन के फलस्वरूप शेष रह गयी जड़ों की निकासी एवं पूरे
परियोजना स्थल की सफाई (सी एण्ड जी) के कार्य के भुगतान हेतु प्रस्तावित परियोजना लागत रू. 79.36
लाख पर प्रशासकीय एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हए चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-2 में रू0 79.36 लाख
(So उन्यासी लाख SATA हजार मात्र) निर्गत कर यूपीडा के निवर्तन पर रखे जाने की निम्नलिखित शर्तों
एवं प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन श्री राज्यपाल सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करती हैं :-
(2) .... उक्त धनराशि का आहरण केवल तात्कालिक आवश्यकता के अनुसार ही किया जायेगा।
(2)... यूपीडा द्वारा आहरित धनराशि के सापेक्ष उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर यथा समय शासन को
उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा T |
(3) प्रायोजना की आवश्यकताओं एवं औचित्य के आधार पर प्रस्तावित कार्यों का क्रियान्वयन सुसंगत
वित्तीय नियमों/विनियमों/शासनादेशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए किया जाएगा।
(4). धनराशि का आहरण सक्षम स्तर के अनुमोदनोपरान्त नियमानुसार किया जायेगा तथा स्वीकृत
धनराशि के व्यय में वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-। के कार्यालय ATT संख्या- /2020/बी--

(5) उक्त स्वीकृत धनराशि का उपयोग उसी प्रयोजन के लिए किया जायेगा, जिसके लिए धनराशि
स्वीकृत की जा रही है।
