NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of Constitution
of India, the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the
Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules,1977, namely: -
1. Title and Commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the
Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule XXIV, - In the Karnataka Government (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 1977, in SCHEDULE XXIV, under the heading “ELECTRONICS,
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BIO-TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT”, under the sub-heading “A. INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY”, after item number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall
be inserted, -R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19

“9. Co-ordination between various Government Departments and
agencies to resolve the issues or grievances of the Telecom Service
