Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 19.06.2020 And whereas, no objections and suggestions have been received in this behalf by the State Government. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 read with Section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. Title and Commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Civil Services (Performance Reports) (Amendment) Rules, 2020 (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Rule 2.- In the Karnataka Civil Services (Performance Reports) Rules, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 2, in sub-rule (1),in clause (e), for the words, “in respect of Group-B and C officials” the words “or electronically in respect of such category of Group-B and C officials as specified by the Government” shall be substituted. 3. Amendment of Rule 3.-In rule 3 of the said rules, in sub rule (2), in clause (a), for the words, “in respect of Group-B and C officials” the words “or electronically in respect of such category of Group-B and C officials as specified by the Government” shall be substituted. 4.
