Payments for maintenance from April 2022 to June 2022, and payments to the Authority Engineer, are outstanding.
* **Current Approval:** Financial approval of Rs. 1,000,000,000 (One Billion Rupees) is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions.
* **Terms and Conditions:**
1. The amount will be deposited in the bank account of UPPIDA.
2. UPPIDA will make the approved funds available to the builders according to their immediate needs.
3. UPPIDA will provide a utilization certificate of the spent amount to the Accountant General's office and the government in a timely manner.
4. Any interest earned on the withdrawn amount should be deposited in the treasury.
5. Funds should be withdrawn with the approval of the competent authority and in accordance with the guidelines issued by Finance Expenditure Section - 1 under Government Order No. 0-13/2022/B-1-454/Das-2022-231/2022 dated 07.06.2022.
6. The approved amount should be used for the specific purpose for which it is approved.
* **Expenditure:** The expenditure will be from the budget head 5054033370300, under the Agra-Lucknow Expressway project for the FY 2022-23.
* **Order Origin:** This order is being issued under the powers delegated to the Administrative Department in Office Memorandum No. 13/2022/B-1-454/Das-2022-231/2022, dated June 7, 2022, of the Department of Finance (Income - Expenditure), Section 1.

लेन एक्सप्रेसवे ग्रीन फील्ड परियोजना के अनुरक्षण तथा परियोजना के अथारिटी
इंजीनियर के देयक आदि के भुगतान किये जाने हेतु BO 0000.00 लाख की वित्तीय
स्वीकृति निर्गत किये जाने का अनुरोध किया गया है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में

2. वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में आगरा-लखनऊ प्रवेश नियंत्रित 06 लेन एक्सप्रेसवे ग्रीन
फील्ड परियोजना के 05 निर्माणकर्ताओं को माह मार्च, 2022 तक के अनुरक्षण के
भुगतान तथा परियोजना के अथारिटी इजीनियर के देयक के भुगतान किया जा चुका
है, माह अप्रैल, 2022 से माह जून, 2022 तक के अनुरक्षण के भुगतान तथा अथारिटी

3. इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि आगरा-लखनऊ प्रवेश
नियंत्रित 06 लेन एक्सप्रेसवे ग्रीन फील्ड परियोजना हेतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में
अनुदान संख्या 07 के लेखाशीर्षक “5054- सड़कों तथा सेतुओं पर पूंजीगत परिव्यय
03- राज्य राजमार्ग- 337- सड़क निर्माण कार्य- 03- आगरा-लखनऊ प्रवेश नियंत्रित 06
लेन एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना का सुद्दढदीकरण- 24 वृहद निर्माण कार्य ' के अन्तर्गत
रू0 52224.00 लाख का बजट प्राविधान किया गया है। उक्त प्राविधानित धनराशि के
सापेक्ष शासनादेश संख्या-4/2022/00-480-77-2022 दिनांक 22.04.2022 द्वारा
धनराशि रू0 20000.00 लाख की वित्तीय स्वीकृति निर्गत की गयी जिसका उपभोग
किया जा चुका है। सम्प्रति निर्गत किये जाने हेतु धनराशि रू0 42224.00 लाख
अवशेष है। उक्त प्राविधानित अवशेष धनराशि रू0 42224.00 लाख के सापेक्ष रू0
0000.00 लाख (रुपये एक अरब मात्र) की वित्तीय स्वीकृति निम्नलिखित शर्तों एवं
प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन निर्गत किये जाने की श्री राज्यपाल सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते
हैं-

. धनराशि का आहरण यूपीडा के बैंक खाते में जमा की जायेगी।
2. यूपीडा द्वारा उक्त स्वीकृत धनराशि निर्माणकर्ताओं को उनकी तात्कालिक
आवश्यकता के अनुसार उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी।
3. यूपीडा द्वारा उक्त स्वीकृत धनराशि के सापेक्ष व्यय की गयी धनराशि का
उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र यथासमय महालेखाकार कार्यालय तथा शासन को
उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
4. यदि आहरित धनराशि पर कोई ब्याज प्राप्त होता है तो उसे राजकोष में किया
जायेगा।
5. धनराशि का आहरण सक्षम स्तर के अनुमोदनोपरान्त नियमानुसार किया
जायेगा तथा स्वीकृत धनराशि के व्यय में वित्त आय व्ययक अनुभाग- Lah

07.06.2022 मे द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों का पूर्णतया अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया

धनराशि स्वीकृत की जा रही है।
