NOTIFICATION

Whereas the draft of the Karnataka Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2022 was published as required by sub-section (1) of section 74 of the Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1963), vide Notification No. DOH 59 KHB 2020, dated:

09.05.2022 in Part IVA of the Karnataka Gazette, dated: 09.05.2022, inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on

09.05.2022.

And whereas, the objection and suggestions received in this regard have been considered by the Government.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 read with section 10-A of the Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1963), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1993, namely,- RULES

1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

11. System Analyst By direct recruitment by (1) Must be holder of BE adopting the procedure of (Computer Science) /B.Sc the Karnataka Civil Services (Computer Science) /BCA/ (Direct Recruitment) MCA or posses an equivalent

(2) Must have working experience not less than ten years as System Analyst/ Technical Consultant in any Government Department / public sector undertaking / organizations.
