And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 09.05.2022. And whereas, the objection and suggestions received in this regard have been considered by the Government. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 read with section 10-A of the Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1963), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1993, namely,- RULES 1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. (1)2 (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2.
