शासन को उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के आय-व्ययक में व्यवस्थित/स्वीकृत धनराशि केवल चालू
योजनाओं पर ही व्यय की जायेगी तथा किसी भी दशा में उक्त धनराशि का उपयोग नई
मदों/ अन्य TATA के कार्यान्वयन के लिए नहीं किया STATI
(3) उपर्युक्त धनराशि का व्यय एतदविषयक वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग- के कार्यालय
ज्ञाप WeAT-2/2023/at--227/<A-2023-23/2023 दिनांक 47 मार्च, 2023 जो
समस्त विभागाध्यक्षों को भी पृष्ठांकित है में वर्णित शर्तो/प्रतिबन्धों का अनुपालन
सुनिश्चित करते हुए किया जायेगा तथा मितव्ययिता संबंधी निर्देशों का अनुपालन
सुनिश्चित करते हुए उक्त स्वीकृत धनराशि की सीमा तक ही व्यय किया जायेगा।
I- Fe शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नही है।
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वेब साइट http://shasanadesh.up.gov.in & सत्यापित की जा सकती है |(4) धनराशि का विभागाध्यक्ष/नियंत्रक अधिकारी के निवर्तन पर रखे जाने मात्र से किसी
प्रकार की व्यय करने का प्राधिकार नहीं देता है। जिन मामलों में उत्तर प्रदेश बजट
मैनुअल और वित्तीय नियम संग्रहों तथा स्थायी आदेशों के अन्तर्गत राज्य सरकारकिन्द्र
सरकार अथवा अन्य सक्षम प्राधिकारी की स्वीकृति, विभागाध्यक्ष/नियंत्रक अधिकारी
द्वारा प्राप्त की जानी आवश्यक हो, उन मामलों में व्यय करने के पूर्व ऐसी स्वीकृति अवश्य
प्राप्त कर ली जायेगी।
(5) उक्त स्वीकृत धनराशि का आहरण एकमुश्त नहीं किया जायेगा, अपितु आवश्यकतानुसार
मासिक आधार पर किया जायेगा। निदेशक, मुद्रण एवं लेखन सामग्री SS
