3. UPEIDA is responsible for submitting a utilization certificate and audited accounts to the Accountant General (UP), Prayagraj, and the Local Fund Audit Office, UP, Prayagraj, and the Government within the prescribed timeframe.
4. Funds must be withdrawn in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations, following guidelines issued by the Finance (Budget) Section-1 vide office memorandum number 2/2023/बी-1-227/दस-2023-231/2023 dated 17.03.2023.
5. Expenditure and utilization of the released amount must be in compliance with the conditions mentioned in the Finance Department's orders, budget manual, and financial handbook. The allocated funds cannot be used for any other purpose.
6. Any interest earned on the drawn amount must be deposited into the treasury.
7. Remaining terms and conditions of the original project sanction order remain applicable.
8. The expenditure of ₹30,00,00,000 will be debited to Grant No. 007, Head of Account 5054033370600 - Bundelkhand Expressway Project Standard Head 24 - Large Construction Works.
