वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 मे गोरखपुर लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना के निर्माण कार्य हेतु वित्त संस्थाओं से लिये गये ऋण के मूलधन की अदायगी हेतु धनराशि के आवंटन के संबंध में।
Subject: Allocation of funds for repayment of principal on loans taken from financial institutions for the construction of the Gorakhpur Link Expressway project in the financial year 2024-25.
The government has approved the release of ₹4687.50 Lakh (Rupees Forty Six Crore Eighty Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) for the repayment of principal on loans taken from financial institutions for the Gorakhpur Link Expressway project, from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025, subject to the following conditions:
1. The principal amount will not be deposited in the UPIDA bank account or any other bank account, but will be deposited in the bank account from which the loan amount was withdrawn.
2. The amount will be withdrawn as per immediate requirement.
3. The approved amount will be used for the purpose for which it is approved.
4. UPIDA is responsible for providing the utilization certificate/audited accounts of the work to the Accountant General, UP Prayagraj, Office Local Fund Audit, UP Prayagraj, and the government within the prescribed period.
5. The amount will be withdrawn as per rules after obtaining approval at the competent level and compliance with the guidelines issued by the Office Memo No. 1/2024/B-1-294/Das-2024-231/2024 dated 04.03.2024 of Finance (Income Expenditure) Section-1 in the expenditure of the approved amount.
6. The expenditure/use of the amount released for the work in question will be ensured in accordance with the terms mentioned in the orders/memorandums issued by the Finance Department, the rules of the Budget Manual and Financial Handbook, the permanent orders, etc., and the amount allocated for the work in question will not be used under any other head under any circumstances.
The expenditure will be debited to Grant No. 007, Account Head 2852808002600, Assistance Standard Head 20 Assistance Grant - General (Non-Salary) in the current financial year 2024-25, for ₹4687.50 Lakh (Rupees Forty Six Crore Eighty Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).
This order is being issued under the authority of the Finance (Income-Expenditure) Section-1 Office Memo No. 1/2024/B-1-294/Das-2024-231/2024, dated March 04, 2024.
