नियम व शर्ते/प्रतिबन्धों
().. उक्त धनराशि केवल अंकित परियोजना पर ही मानक व विशिष्टरियों के अनुरूप व्यय की जायेगी तथा
इसका उपयोग अन्य किसी प्रयोजन के लिए नहीं किया जायेगा।
(2) राज्य योजनान्तर्गत निर्माणाधीन सेतु की गुणवत्ता एवं निर्माण की प्रगति की नियमित समीक्षा कर
निर्धारित समयान्तर्गत पूर्ण किया जाय तथा समीक्षा रिपोर्ट नियमित रूप से उपलब्ध करायी जाय।
3) उक्त सेतु के अंश, लोक निर्माण अंश में अवमुक्त धनराशि के सापेक्ष पृथक-पृथक वित्तीय प्रगति
सहित वास्तविक भौतिक प्रगति तथा उपयोगिता प्रमाण-पत्र एवं उनके VIA फोटोग्राफ शासन को उपलब्ध
कराया जाय।
(4) वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-। के कार्यालय ज्ञाप संख्या-6/2025/बी-4-352/दस-2025-
23॥/2025, दिनांक 27.03.2025 में दिये गये दिशा निर्देशों का अक्षरश: अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
en उक्त तालिका अंकित मूल स्वीकृति के शासनादेशों में उल्लिखित शर्तें व प्रतिबंध आदि यथावत लागू
रहेंगी।
(6) लोक निर्माण विभाग में वर्तमान में प्रचलित व्यवस्थानुसार बजट का ऑनलाईन आवंटन किये जाने
हेतु डी.डी.ओ. कोड आवंटन विषयक वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-। के शासनादेश F.-0/2022/el--
4- यह शासनादेशइलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नही है |
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वेब साइट http://shasanadesh.up.gov.ine सत्यापित की जा सकती है |345/दस-2022, दिनांक 04.05.2022 निर्गत किया गया है। अत: अब समस्त धनराशि का आहरण-वितरण
सम्बन्धी कार्य, आहरण-वितरण अधिकारी द्वारा वित्तीय हस्तपुस्तिका भाग-6 में निहित प्राविधानों एवं सम्बन्धित
fac नियमों/शासनादेशों व उक्त शासनादेश दिनांक 04.05.2022 में निहित व्यवस्था के अधीन किया
जायेगा।
(7) यदि उपलब्ध कराये गये प्रस्ताव व सूचनाओं में कोई विसंगति/त्रुटि पायी जाती है, तो इसके लिए
मुख्यालय/निगमक्षेत्र के संबंधित अधिकारी पूर्णरूपेण उत्तरदायी होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त मुख्यालय/निगम/
क्षेत्र के संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा यदि किसी प्रस्ताव में कोई गलत सूचना देकर या छिपाकर अधिक धनराशि
शासन से अवमुक्त करा ली जाती है अथवा व्यपगत धनराशि को चालू कार्य के रूप में स्वीकृत करा लिया
जाता है, तो उनके विरूद्ध कठोर कार्यवाही के साथ ही यथापेक्षित धनराशि की वसूली भी सुनिश्चित की जायेगी।
(8) चालूकार्य की अवशेष धनराशि इस शर्त के अधीन है कि यह सुनिश्चित कर लिया जायेगा कि Haat
की जा रही धनराशि पूर्व में अवमुक्त नहीं हुई है। यदि कोई विसंगति/द्विरावृत्ति पायी जाती है तो शासन को
तत्काल सूचित किया जायेगा।
2- इस संबंध में होने वाला a (7 ) रुपये 3,49,89,000 ( रुपये तीन करोड़ उनचास लाख नवासी
हजार मात्र ) को चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के आय-व्ययक में अनुदान संख्या 057 लेखा शीर्षक
