2- इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अनुदान संख्या-3॥ के
अंतर्गत असाध्य रोगों के नि:शुल्क चिकित्सा सुविधा हेतु मानक मद 20-सहायता अनुदान-सामान्य (गैर
वेतन) मद में प्राविधानित धनराशि के सापेक्ष निम्नलिखित तालिकानुसार धनराशि 760.00 लाख (रुपये
सात करोड साठ लाख मात्र) निर्गत करते हुए आपके निवर्तन पर निम्नलिखित शर्तों एवं प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन
रखे जाने की राज्यपाल महोदय सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं:-

2) धनराशि का आहरण वास्तविक आवश्यकतानुसार किया जाएगा तथा इसे आहरित कर किसी
बैंक/पोस्ट आफिस में नहीं रखा जाएगा।
3) संबंधित संस्थान के निदेशक/कुलसचिव का दायित्व होगा कि रोगी के उपचार का समस्त व्यय वहन
करने तथा उसकी प्रतिपूर्ति/समायोजन शासन द्वारा आवंटित बजट की सीमा तक ही करेंगे।
4) उत्तर प्रदेश A Hava रोगों के नि:शुल्क उपचार हेतु (नियमावली 20:3) यथासंशोधित 202 में
निहित व्यवस्था का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
5) उक्त मद में अगली किश्त तभी अवमुक्त की जायेगी जब निर्गत धनराशि का उपयोगिता प्रमाण
पत्र/लाभार्थियों की सूची शासन को उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी।
6) fat (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-। के कार्यालय AT Aea-6/2025/al--35/aa-2025-
23/2025, दिनांक 27.03.2025 में उल्लिखित दिशा-निर्देशों का पूर्ण अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया
जायेगा।
7) धनराशि को कोषागार से संबंधित चिकित्सा संस्थान के वित्त अधिकारी»वित्त नियंत्रक, द्वारा आहरित
किया जायेगा तथा बिलों पर महानिदेशक, चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण, उ0प्र0) लखनऊ के
प्रतिहस्ताक्षर प्राप्त किये जायेंगे।
3- इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय रुपये 7,60,00,000 ( रुपये सात करोड़ साठ लाख मात्र ) को चालू
वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के आय-व्ययक मे अनुदान संख्या 03i लेखा शीर्षक 22:005:050368 आसाध्य रोगो
के इलाज हेतु नि:शुल्क चिकित्सा सुविधा मानक मद 20 सहायता अनुदान- सामान्य (गैर वेतन) के नामे
डाला जायेगा।
4- यह आदेश कंप्यूटर द्वारा उत्पन्न ACAT-$-3-2:8/GH-2025-26, दिनांक- 07 जनवरी, 2026 मे
प्रास वित्त विभाग की सहमति से निर्गत किये जा रहे है।
