2- अवगत कराना है कि हृदय रोग संस्थान, कानपुर के बी+जी+3 भवन में अतिरिक्त कार्यो को कराये जाने
हेतु तकनीकी समिति द्वारा आकलित लागत रू0 275.50 लाख की प्रशासकीय एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति तथा प्रथम
किश्त के रूप में FO (28.00 लाख की धनराशि शासनादेश AWeAN-738/2024///824297/2024-7I-
3099/I23/2024-03, दिनॉक 6.2.2024 द्वारा अवमुक्त की जा चुकी है।
3- इस सम्बन्ध में मुझे यह कहने का face हुआ है कि हृदय रोग संस्थान, कानपुर के बी+जी+3 भवन में
अतिरिक्त कार्यो को कराये जाने हैतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अनुदान संख्या-34 के अंतर्गत पूँजीलेखा पक्ष में
4240-03-405-44- गणेश शंकर विद्यार्थी स्मारक मेडिकल्र कालेज कानपुर में स्थापित कार्डियोत्राजी इंस्टीट्यूट हेतु
मानक मद-24- वृहद निर्माण कार्य में प्राविधानित धनराशि BO 3000.00 लाख के सापेक्ष रू0 47.50 लाख (BO
एक करोड़ सैतालीस लाख पचास हजार मात्र) निम्नलिखित शर्ताँ/प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन अवमुक्त किये जाने की
राज्यपाल महोदय सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते है:-
I. वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग- के कार्याल्य-ज्ञाप AAT-6/2025/al- -352/GH-2025-23/2025, दिनांक
27.03.2025 में उल्लिखित दिशा-निर्देशों का पूर्ण अनुपाल्नन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
2. कार्य की गुणवत्ता, मानक एवं विशिष्टियाँ तथा प्रायोजना को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के अंतर्गत पूर्ण कराये
जाने की जिम्मेदारी महानिदेशक»/निदेशक»कार्यदायी संस्था की होगी।
3. महानिदेशक»निदेशक द्वारा यह सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा कि प्रश्नगत कार्य किसी अन्य कार्य योजना में
सम्मिलित नहीं है तथा इस हेतु पूर्व में किसी अन्य योजना/स्रोत से धनराशि स्वीकृत नहीं की गयी है।
प्रस्तावित कार्य की दुरावृत्ति न हो रही हो।
4. स्वीक्रृत की जा रही धनराशि का व्यय उन्हीं कार्यो /मर्दों में किया जायेगा, जिसके लिए धनराशि स्वीकृत
की जा रही है, feet अन्य कार्यो “मर्दों पर धनराशि का व्यय अथवा व्ययावर्तन वित्तीय अनियमितता
मानी जायेगी।
4- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नहीं है |
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वेब साइट http://shasanadesh.up.nic.in से सत्यापित की जा सकती है |5. अवमुक्त धनराशि का आहरण एवं व्यय आवश्यकतानुसार एवं नियमानुसार किया जायेगा। स्वीकृत
धनराशि को बैंक खाते/»डाकघर में नहीं रखा जायेगा। स्वीकृत धनराशि का उपयोगिता प्रमाण-पत्र तथा
भौतिक प्रगति का विवरण समयान््तर्गत शासन को उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
6. शासनादेश WEA-738/2024/ |/824297/2024-7I-3099/23/ 2024-03, दिनॉक 6.2.2024 में
उल्लिखित दिशा-निर्देशों का पूर्ण अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
4- इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय रुपये ।,47,50,000 ( रुपये एक करोड़ सैंतालीस लाख पचास हजार मात्र)
को चात्रू वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के आय-व्ययक में अनुदान संख्या- 03। लेखा शीर्षक 420030544 गणेश शंकर
विद्यार्थी स्मारक मेडिकल कालेज, कानपुर में स्थापित कार्वियोल्रॉजी इंस्टीट्यूट मानक मद 24 ed निर्माण कार्य
के नामे डाला जायेगा।
5- यह आदेश वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग- के कार्यात्रय-ज्ञाप AAl-6/2025/al- -352/EH-2025-
23/2025, दिनांक 27.03.2025 में प्रशासकीय विभाग को उक्तवत् प्रतिनिधानित अधिकार के अन्तर्गत निर्गत
किये जा रहे है।
