6.2.2025 का कृपया संदर्भ ग्रहण HY, जिसके द्वारा मेडिकल कालेज, बलरामपुर हेतु गैर वेतन मद में
धनराशि अवमुक्त किये जाने का अनुरोध किया गया है।
2- अवगत कराना है कि स्वशासी राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, बलरामपुर हेतु गैर वेतन मद में
शासनादेश दिनांक 29.0.2025 द्वारा प्रथम किश्त के रूप में BO 250.00 लाख की धनराशि अवमुक्त
की जा चुकी है।
3- इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में राजस्व पक्ष के
अधीन अनुदान संख्या-3 के अन्तर्गत Tah राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, बलरामपुर हेतु 20-सहायता
अनुदान-सामान्य (गैर वेतन) मद में प्राविधानित धनराशि BO 000.00 लाख के सापेक्ष द्वितीय एवं
तृतीय feat के रूप में रू0 500.00 लाख (रू0 Ua करोड़ मात्र) की वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हुए
निम्न शर्तों/प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन आपके निवर्तन पर रखे जाने की राज्यपात्र महोदय सहर्ष स्वीकृति
प्रदान करते है:-

. स्वीकृत धनराशि बैंक/डाकघर में नहीं रखी जायेगी।
2. स्वीकृत की जा रही धनराशि का आहरण, आहरण एवं वितरण अधिकारी द्वारा कोषागार से
आवश्यकतानुसार एवं व्यय नियमानुसार किया जायेगा तथा इसका उपयोग उसी मद में किया
जायेगा, जिसके लिए धनराशि स्वीकृत की जा रही है। fest अन्य मद A व्यय वित्तीय
अनियमितता मानीजायेगी।
3. वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग- के कार्यालय-ज्ञाप AKAT-6/2025/al--352/EM-2025-23 /2025,
दिनांक 27.03.2025 में उल्लिखित दिशा-निर्देशों का पूर्ण अनुपाल्नन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
4. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय विवरण निर्धारित प्रारूप पर शासन को उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा, इसके
अभाव में अनुदान की आगामी किश्त निर्गत किया जाना सम्भव नहीं होगा।
4- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नहीं है |
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वेब साइट http://shasanadesh.up.nic.in से सत्यापित की जा सकती है |5. यदि वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में अवमुक्त की गयी धनराशि अवशेष है, तोउसका समायोजन करने
के पश्चात ही चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अवमुक्त की जा रही धनराशि का आहरण किया जाये।
4- इस संबंध में होने वाल्रा व्यय रुपये 5,00,00,000 ( रुपये पॉच करोड़ मात्र ) को चालू वित्तीय वर्ष
2025-26 के आय-व्ययक A अनुदान संख्या 03 लेखाशीर्षक 22005050396 स्वशासी राज्य चिकित्सा
महाविद्यालय, बलरामपुर मानक मद 20 सहायता अनुदान-सामान्य (गैर वेतन) के नामे डाला जायेगा।
