संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें, जिसके द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अनुदान संख्या-3। के अन्तर्गत
राजस्व पक्ष में Tan राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, मीरजापुर में मानक मद-3-सहायता अनुदान-
सामान्य (वेतन) में पुनर्विनियोग के माध्यम से धनराशि स्वीकृत करने का अनुरोध किया गया है।
2- इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अनुदान AeA-3!
के अन्तर्गत राजस्व पक्ष में स्वशासी राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, मीरजापुर हेतु संतरग्न बी0एम0-9
प्रपत्र के अनुसार पुनर्विनियोग के माध्यम से (मानक मद-3॥-सहायता अनुदान-सामान्य (वेतन)) में
प्राविधानित धनराशि BO 3,00,00,000/- (रूपये तेरह करोड़ मात्र) की वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हुए
निम्न शर्तोप्रतिबन्धों के अधीन अवमुक्त किये जाने की राज्यपाल महोदय सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते
नियम व शर्ते 7 प्रतिबन्धों
(4) संबंधित प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग- के कार्यालय-ज्ाप दिनांक 27 मार्च,
2025 में उल्लिखित दिशा-निर्देशों का पूर्ण अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
(2) जिस मद से पुनर्विनियोग प्रस्तावित किया गया है, उस मद में अतिरिक्त धनराशि की माँग
प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में नहीं की जाएगी।
(3) स्वीकृत धनराशि का उपयोग उसी मद A किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए स्वीकृति दी गई है।
(4) अगर प्रश्नगत प्रकरण में कोई वित्तीय अनियमितता होती है, तो उसके लिए प्रधानाचार्य wag

(5) स्वीकृत धनराशि का पूर्ण उपभोग वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में दिनांक 3 मार्च, 2026 तक
कर लिया जाये।
