* Disbursement must follow established procedures, complying with directives issued by the Finance (Income and Expenditure) Section-1.
* Expenditure must align with guidelines from the Finance Department, and the allocated funds must not be used for any other purpose.
* UPIDA will be liable for any financial irregularities.
The expenditure will be charged to budget head 2852808001900 under grant number 007. The order is issued under the authority delegated to the administrative department based on the Finance (Income - Expenditure) Section-1's office memorandum number 6/2025/B-1-352/Das-2025-231/2025, dated March 27, 2025.

उपर्युक्त विषयक अपर मुख्य ap BEN यूपीडा के. पत्रांक
694/यूपीडा/लेखा/2025 दिनांक 30.06.2025 & संदुर्भ७ों AB यहाँ कहने का निदेश हुआ
है कि बुन्देलखखण्ड एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना के निर्माण, eed कर्सोसियम बैंकों/हडको से लिये
गये ऋण पर दिनांक 0.07.2025 से 30.09.2025*+क्क_ क्री अवधि हेतु देय ब्याज के लिए रू0
288.00 लाख ( रुपये एक अरब अट्ठाईसकेसोड़ अठारह लाख मात्र ) की धनराशि
निम्नलिखित विवरण और शर्तों एवं प्रतिबधो्कअधीन अवमुक्त किये जाने की श्री राज्यपाल
सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैः
(धनराशि रू0 लाख में)
()धनराशि का आहरण कर यूपीडा के बैंक खाते अथवा किसी अन्य बैंक खाते में नहीं रखी
जायेगी बल्कि जिस बैंक खाते से ऋण की धनराशि आहरित की गयी है उसी बैंक खाते में
ब्याज की धनराशि जमा की जायेगी।
(2) उक्त धनराशि का आहरण केवल तात्कालिक आवश्यकतानुसार ही किया जायेगा।
(3) स्वीकृत धनराशि का उपयोग उसी प्रयोजन के लिए किया जायेगा जिसके लिए धनराशि
स्वीकृत की जा रही है।

का सम्परीक्षित लेखा निधारिंत समयावधि में कार्यालय महालेखाकार, SOW प्रयागराज, कार्यालय
स्थानीय निधि लेखा परीक्षा, उ0प्र0 प्रयागराज एवं शासन को उपलब्ध करा दिया जाए।
(5) धनराशि का आहरण सक्षम स्तर के अनुमोदनोपरान्त नियमानुसार किया जायेगा तथा
स्वीकृत धनराशि के व्यय में वित्त (आय व्ययक) अनुभाग- के कार्यालय AT संख्या सं0-
6/2025/बी-4-352/दस-2025-23/2025 दिनांक 27.03.2025 cant जारी दिशा निर्देशों का
पूर्णतया अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
(6) प्रश्नगत कार्य हेतु अवमुक्त धनराशि का व्यय/उपयोग वित्त विभाग द्वारा, fasta
आदेशों/ज्ञापों में उल्लिखित शर्तों के अनुसार, बजट मैनुअल एवं वित्तीय हस्तपुस्तिका PNA,
स्थायी आदेशों आदि का HAA: अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए किया जायेगा तथा किसी भी
दशा में प्रश्नतगत कार्य हेतु आवंटित धनराशि का उपयोग किसी अन्य (मदि६मैं धैनहीं किया
जायेगा।
(7) किसी भी वित्तीय अनियमितता के लिए यूपीडा उत्तरदायी होगा
