This assistance is provided under budget head 20-Assistance for loan interest payment, under the major head 2852808001500, sub major head 007, for the Purvanchal Expressway project by UPIDA.
Copies of the letter have been sent to various officials including private secretaries to ministers, the Accountant General, and the Finance Controller of UPIDA.

है कि पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना d(igarr कार्य हेतु कंसॉसियम बैंकों से लिये गये
ऋण पर दिनांक 07.07.2025 A_3Q.092025 तक की अवधि हेतु देय ब्याज के लिए
रू0 37.00 लाख (रुपये एक ANS Ae करोड़ We लाख मात्र) की धनराशि

(]) धनराशि का आहरण कर यूपीडा के बैंक खाते अथवा किसी अन्य बैंक खाते में नहीं रखी
जायेगी बल्कि जिस बैंक खाते से ऋण की धनराशि आहरित की गयी है उसी बैंक खाते में
ब्याज की धनराशि जमा की जायेगी।
(2) उक्त धनराशि का आहरण केवल तात्कालिक आवश्यकतानुसार ही किया जायेगा।
(3) यूपीडा का यह भी दायित्व है कि आहरित धनराशि के सापेक्ष उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र/कार्य
