Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. DRAFT RULES 1. Title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Medical Officers and Other Staff) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) These rules shall come into force from the 27th May, 2025. 2. Amendment of rule 6.- In Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Medical Officers and Other Staff) Rules, 2025. (here in after referred to as the said rules), in rule 6 in sub rule (2) the proviso shall be omitted. 3. Amendment of rule 9.- In rule 9 of the said rules, in sub rule (1),- (a) For the words “zone A”, the words “Greater Bengaluru Area, zone A excluding Greater Bengaluru Area” shall be substituted.R.N.I.
