1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, in Ministry of Railway, (Railway Board) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part
II, section 3, sub-section (ii) on dated the 28th October, 2022, vide number S.O. 5057(E) dated the 21st October, 2022
(hereinafter referred to as the said notification), namely :-
