CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 13th October, 2021
S.O. 4327(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the
Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in Ministry of Railway,
(Railway Board) published in the Gazette of India, on dated the 22nd September, 2021, Extraordinary Part
II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 3910(E), dated the 21st September, 2021, namely :-
In Schedule of the Hindi version of said notification, in the Table, in heading of Column (6), the
unit of Area may be read as “Hectare” in place of “Square meter”.
