(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार रेलवे अजधजियम की धारा क) की उपधारा ( ) जिसे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया ह ै द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुय े केंद्रीय सरकार सावविजिक उद्ददेि के जलय े संतष्टु होि े के बाद ऐसी भूजम का जिसका संजिप्त जववरण सलग्न अिुसूची म ें ददया गया ह,ै िो दक जविेष रेल पररयोििा दजिण पवू व मध्य रेलवे के अन्तगवत झारसुगडा-रायगढ़, रायगढ़-चांपा, चांपा- गेवरा रोड, चांपा-जबलासपुर, जतल्दा-जबलासपुर, जतल्दा-दगु ,व दगु -व दारेकसा] दारेकसा – मडुं ीकोटा, मुंडीकोटा-िागपुर,जबलासपुर-पेंड्रारोड-अिूपपुर और रायपुर-लखोली के मध्य म ें मौिूदा 1x25KV रैक्िि जसस्ट्टम क 3000 MT लोडडग लक्ष्य को पूरा करि े के जलए 2x25 KV एटी फीडर व्यवस्ट्था म ें अपग्रडे करिे हते ु उडीिा, छत्तीसगढ़ एवम ् महाराष्ट्र राज्य म ें जिष्पादि के जलए आवश्यक ह|ै एतद द्वारा अजधग्रहण करिे के आिय की घोषणा करती ह ै | उक्त भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र म ें प्रकाजित होिे की तारीख स े ददि के भीतर उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 (घ) की उपधारा ( ) के अधीि पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवि एव ं उपयोग के सम्बन्ध पर आिपे कर सकेगा | ऐसा प्रत्येक आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी यािी उपजवभागीय अजधकारी (रा०), जतरोडा, जिला गोंददया (िो लाग ू हो) को स्ट्वय ं या दकसी वकील के माध्यम स े जलजखत म ें दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णणत दकये िायेंग,े तथा सिम GI/202THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC ii)] प्राजधकारी आिेपकता व को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या दकसी वकील के माध्यम स े सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और ऐसे सभी आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे तथा ऐसी अजतररक्त िांच, यदद कोई हो तो, करिे के पश्चात िो सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझें, आदेि द्वारा आिेपों को या तो अिुगत या अिअिगु त कर सकेगा | उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 (घ) की उपधारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई भी आदिे अंजतम होगा, इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आि े वाली भूजम का रेखांकि एव ं अन्य व्योरे उपलब्ध ह ै और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा उिका जिरीिण सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय म ें दकया िा सकता ह ै| दजिण पूवव मध्य रेलवे के अन्तगतव झारसुगडा-रायगढ़, रायगढ़-चांपा, चांपा- गेवरा रोड, चांपा-जबलासपुर, जतल्दा-जबलासपुर, जतल्दा-दगु ,व दारेकसा – मडुं ीकोटा, मुंडीकोटा-िागपरु ,जबलासपुर-पेंड्रारोड-अिूपपरु और रायपुर-लखोली के मध्य म ें मौिूदा 1x25KV रैक्िि जसस्ट्टम को 3000 MT लोडडग लक्ष्य को पूरा करि े के जलए 2x25 KV एटी फीडर व्यवस्ट्था म ें अपग्रडे करि े हते ु महाराष्ट्र राज्य म ें अजधग्रहण दकय े िािे के जलए संरचिा रजहत या सजहत भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण— जिला – गोंददया राज्य – महाराष्ट्र SN अिुजवभागीय तहसील ग्राम का स्ट्वाजमत्व का प्रकार भोगवटदार गट कुल अर्णित अजधकारी(रा०)/ का िाम वगव स ं िेत्रफल िेत्रफल सिम िाम (ह.े)म.ें (ह०े ) म ें पदाजधकारी

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20 A of THE RAILWAY ACT 1989 S.O. (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 20(A ) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred as the said act) , the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto is required for execution of Special Railway Project, namely for Up-gradation of existing 1x25KV Traction System to 2x25KV OHE with AT feeder arrangement between Jharsugda-Raigarh, Raigarh-Champa, Champa – Gevra Road, Champa-Bilaspur, Tilda-Bilaspur, Tilda-Durg, Durg- Darekasa, Darekasa-Mundikota, Mundikota-Nagpur, Bilaspur-Pendra Road- Anuppur & Raipur-Lakholi sections over SEC Railway to meet 3000MT loading target in the state of Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra over SEC railway, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this

notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub

section (1) of section 20 (D) of the said act.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण Every objection shall be made to the competent authority namely, Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Tiroda, District- Gondia , Maharashtra (whichever is applicable) in writing and shall set out grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub section (2) of section 20 (D) of the said act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
