CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 25th January, 2023
S.O. 478(E).—In the exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O.
06(E), dated the 29th December, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section
(ii), dated the 02nd January, 2023, namely:-
In schedule under column (5) the survey number 55/1/1 and its corresponding area 0.0708 hectares shall be
omitted.
