उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त रािपत्र में इस अजधसचू िा के प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस (30)कदिों की अवजध के भीतर उक्त अजधजियम की धारा - 20घकी उपधारा (1)के तहत उपरोक्त उद्दश्े य के जलये ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग के सम्बंध म ेंआिेप कर सकेगा। प्रत्येक ऐसा आदेि सिम अजधकारी अथाात सिम प्राजधकारी एवं उपखण्ड अजधकारी/उपखण्ड मजिस्ट्रेट –रािगढ़ जिला चूरू रािस्ट्थाि को जलजखत म ें ककया िायेगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णात करेगा और सिम अजधकारी अपेिा कताा को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम स े सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐस े आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे तथा ऐसी और िााँच यकद कोई ह ै जिसे सिम अजधकारी आवश्यक समझे करिे के पिात आदेि द्धारा या तो आिेप का अिज्ञु ात कर सकेगा या अििज्ञु ात कर सकेगा । 6824 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त अजधजियम की धारा-20 घ की उपधारा (2) के अन्द्तगात सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई भी आदिे अंजतम होगा । इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आिे वाली भूजम रेखााँकि और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ै और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम अजधकारी के उपयुाक्त कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकेगा| अिसु चू ी:

NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 10th October, 2025 S.O. 4638(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway

(Amendment) Act, 2008(11 of 2008) and the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) hereinafter referred to as the said Act.

The central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution, maintenance, management and operation of

Special Railway Project of namely:, "Churu-Sadulpur (57.82 km) Doubling Project" in District Churu the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer, Rajgarh, Rajasthan, in writing and shall the ground thereof, and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections;

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final;
