L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-आर.जे.-अ.-29112024-259015 CG-RxJx-xEG-2ID9H11xx2x0 24-259015 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4710] िई कदल्ली, बधु वार, िवम्ब र 27, 2024/ अग्रहायण 6, 1946 No. 4710] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2024/ AGRAHAYANA 6, 1946 रेल मत्रं ालय [उत्तर पजिम रेलव े (जिमाणा सगं ठि)] अजधसचू िा ियपुर, 11 िवम्बर, 2024 का.आ. 5100(अ)––– केन्द्रीय सरकार ि े रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एव ं रेलव े (संिोधि) अजधजियम 2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पिात् उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20क के खण्ड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह समाधाि हो िािे के पिात् कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में कदया गया हैं, रािस्ट्थाि राज्य के जिला- चुरू में “ चुरू .सादलु पुर दोहरीकरण (57.82 कक॰ मी॰) की जविेष रेल पररयोििा” के जिष्पादि, अिुरिण, प्रबन्द्धि और प्रचालि के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करि े के अपि ेआिय की घोषणा करती ह:ै उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि उपयुाक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अििा और उपयोग के सम्बन्द्ध में आिेप कर सकेगा: प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात उपखण्ड अजधकारी, तारािगर रािस्ट्थाि को जलजखत म ें ककया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णात करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकता ा को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे तथा ऐसी और िांच करिे के पिात् यकद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अिज्ञु ात कर सकेगा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेगा: 7672 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा। इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आिे वाली भूजम का रेखांकि और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ैं और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपयक्तुा कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता ह।ै अिसु चू ी रािस्ट्थाि राज्य चुरू - सादलु पुर दोहरीकरण की जविेष रेल पररयोििा हते ु ( तारािगर उपखण्ड के जलए) अजधग्रहण की िािे वाली संरचिा सजहत या उसके रजहत भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण जिला -चरूु क्रम स ं उपखण्ड/तहसील का िाम गााँव का िाम सवे/खसरा संख्या िेे़त्रफल (हक्े टर) 1 तारािगर ढ ंगी 24 0.0668 2 हडयाल 1112/617 0.13 [फा. सं..उपरे/मख्ु यालय/सं.व.जि./443599200-भाग-10] वेद प्रकाि,मुख्य प्रिासजिक अजधकारी (जिमााण) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, 11 November, 2024 S.O. 5100(E).—– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways(Amendment) Act, 2008(11 of 2008) and the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Churu-Sadulpur (57.82 km) Doubling Project in District Churu the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land; Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act; Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer, Taranagar, Rajasthan, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections; Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final; The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, for the Special Railway Project, namely, Churu – Sadulpur Doubling Project (For Taranagr Sub Division) in the State of Rajasthan.
