(1) िे तहत जारी िी गई ह;ै िेंद्र सरिार ि ेउक्त अक्षिसूचिाओं िे साथ संलग्न अिुसूची म ेंओक्षििा राज्य िे मयरू भंज क्षजल े म ेंक्षर्िेष रेलर् ेपररयोजिा िे रूप म ें“बांगरीपोसी– गोरुमजिसािी (85.60 कक.मी.) िई रेल लाइि” के जिष्पादि, अिरु िण, प्रबंधि और पररचालि के जलए जर्जिर्दवष्ट भूजम अजधग्रजित करि े का जिणवय जलया ि।ै और, जबकि उक्त अक्षिक्षियम िी िारा 20ि िे उप-िारा (4) िे तहत, उक्त अक्षिसूचिा संख्या 4510, िा.आ.4639(अ), कदिांि 10 अक्टूबर 2025 िा सार दक्षै िि समाचार पत्रों, अथावत् सम्बाद (ओज़िया) म ें 6554 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] कदिांक 04.12.2025 और 'द टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंजडया'(अग्रं ेजी) िे भुर्िेश्वर संस्ट्करण में कदिांक 5.12.2025 िो क्रमि:

प्रिाक्षित किया गया था। और, िबकक, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ के तहत जिधावररत अर्जध के भीतर सिम प्राजधकारी को कोई आपजि प्राप्त ििीं हुई; और जबकि, उक्त अक्षिक्षियम िी िारा 20ङ िी उप-िारा (1) िे अिुसरण म,ें सिम प्राक्षििारी ि े अपिी ररपोटव िेंद्र सरिार िो प्रस्तुत िर दी ह;ै अतः, अब, सिम प्राक्षििारी िी उक्त ररपोटव प्राप्त होिे पर, और उक्त अक्षिक्षियम िी िारा 20 ङ िी उप-िारा

(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िक्षक्तयों िा प्रयोग िरते हुए, िेंद्र सरिार एतद्द्वारा यह घोषणा िरती ह ैकि इसिे साथ संलग्न अिुसूची म ें क्षर्क्षिर्दवष्ट की गई भूक्षम िो उपयुवक्त प्रयोजि िे क्षलए अक्षिग्रक्षहत किया िाएगी;

NOTIFICATION Kolkata, the 24th August, 2026 S.O. 4708(E).— Whereas, by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (South Eastern Railway/Construction Organization), number 4510, S.O.4639(E), dated 10th October 2025 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) herein after referred to as the said notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)(herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said

notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Bangriposi- Gorumahisani (85.60Km.) new line”, in the District of Mayurbhanj in the State of Odisha.

And, whereas, the substance of said notification number 4510, S.O.4639(E), dated 10th October 2025 was published in the daily newspapers, namely ‘SAMBAD’ (Odiya) on 04.12.2025 and ‘Times of India’(English) Bhubaneswar Edition on 05.12.2025 respectively under section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.

And, whereas, no objection was received by the competent authority within the period prescribed under

section 20D of the said Act;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted his report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on this publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
