और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीि स्ट्थािीय दैजिक समाचार पत्रों “रािस्ट्थाि पजत्रका” व “दैजिक भास्ट्कर” म ेंतारीख 22 अप्रैल, 2023 को प्रकाजित ककया गया था; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िही ककया गया ह;ै और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड़ की उप-धारा (1) के अिुसरण म,ें अपिी ररपोर्ा केंद्रीय सरकार को सौंप दी ह;ै 4700 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अत:, अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होिे पर और रेल अजधजियम, 2008 की धारा 20ड़ की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें जवजिर्दाष्ट भजू म पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी; The Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely, Mavli junction – Bari Sadri Gauge conversion project in the State of Rajasthan. And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily local newspapers “Rajasthan Patrika” and “Dainik Bhasker” dated 22nd April, 2023 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And, whereas, no objection has been received by the competent authority; And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declare that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government herby declares that on publication of the notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
