JAIRAMNAGAR-AKALTARA.” in the state of Chhattisgarh. And, whereas, the substance of the said notification Number 4446, dated 07/10/2025, was published in the daily newspapers, Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) Bilaspur edition, CG Express (Hindi) Janjgir edition and Times of India (English) Raipur edition, on 01.11.2025 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act, And whereas, no objection was received within the set time period. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted his report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section I) of Section 20E of the said Act, 1989, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances, A. “Bilaspur Divn.: Construction of RUB (by BOX Pushing method) in lieu of manned LC No.354 at Km.694/21-23 bet.
