(1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) घनश्याम जनिा कंवर पजत घनश्याम योग 0.926 0.153 [Qk- la- lhih,e@by@s बीएसपी/2x25 d-soh- vks-,p-bZ@Hkwfe vf/k-@20 bZ@1723] जविय कुमार साहू, Ekq[; ç'kklfud vf/kdkjh@fuekZ.k MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South East Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 20th February, 2026 NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20 E of THE RAILWAY ACT 1989 S.O. 948(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number 5762, dated 08 January 2026, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) Part-II section 3 sub section (ii) , hereinafter referred to as the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act,1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely for Up- gradation of existing 1x25KV Traction System to 2x25KV OHE with AT feeder arrangement between Jharsugda- Raigarh, Raigarh-Champa, Champa-Gevraroad , Champa-Bilaspur, Tilda-Bilaspur, Tilda-Durg, Mundikota-Nagpur, Bilaspur-Pendra Road-Anuppur & Raipur-Lakholi sections over SEC Railway to meet 3000 MT loading target in the state of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra over SEC railway and, whereas the substance of the said notification 20 A was published as per section 20A sub section (4) in the daily Newspapers place wise Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi), Navbharat (Hindi), Times of India(English) edition dated 08.01.2026 and whereas, No objections were received within the set time period and disposed of by the Competent Authority under section 20 D of the said Act; and, whereas, in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 20E of the said act, the Competent Authority has submitted his report to the central Government.
