MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South East Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 9th February, 2026 Notification Under Section 20E of the Railway Act 1989 S.O. 678(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number 5756, dated 22/12/2025, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) Part-II section 3 sub section (ii), hereinafter referred to as the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely “Bilaspur Division: Construction of RUB/LHS in lieu of LC No. CG-5 at Km.671/10-12 between CHAMPA - BALPUR.” in the state of Chhattisgarh.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And, whereas, the substance of the said notification Number 5756, dated 22/12/2025, was published in the daily newspapers, Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) Bilaspur edition, Nav Bharat (Hindi) Bilaspur edition, Hitavada (English) Raipur edition and Korba Balko Times (Hindi) Korba edition on 02.01.2026 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act, And whereas, no objection was received within the set time period.
