AND WHEREAS, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Amar Ujala” and “Jagran”, dated 13 February, 2024, under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 AND WHEREAS, no objections were received from the public in respect of the said notification within the specified period; AND WHEREAS, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), and in pursuance of sub-section (2), of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government, - (i) upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; and (ii) hereby declares that on publication of this notification, the lands specified in the Schedule shall vest absolutely upon it free from all encumbrances.
