And, whereas, the substance of the said notification were published in daily local newspapers “Rajasthan Patrika” and “Dainik Bhaskar” dated 05thJuly, 2023 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said act; And, whereas, the competent authority has disallowed the objections after hearing under sub section (2) of the section 20D of the act.
