और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार अजधजियम की धारा 20 अ की उपधारा (4) के अधीि िैजिक समाचार पत्रों, अथाात “िैजिक िवज्योजत" और "रािस्ट्थाि पजत्रका " म ें तारीख 17 मई 2025 एवं 15 िूि 2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को इस पररयोििा में तय समय में कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं हुए और सक्षम अजधकारी द्वारा तििुसार आिेि पाररत कर दिए गए ; 5151 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, उक्त अजधजियम की धरा सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड़ की उप-धारा (20)ड. की उप- धारा (1) के अिुसरण में सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोर्ा कें रीय सरकार को सौंप िी ह;ै अत:, अब, केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होि े पर और उक्त अजधजियम, की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै की इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Dainik Navjyoti” and “Rajasthan Patrika” Dated 17 May-2025 & 15 June-2025 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, No objections were received within the stipulated time period by Competent Authority and accordingly orders have been passed. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declare that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, The Central Government herby declares that on publication of the notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
