Notice under Section 20F Clause (6) of the Railway Act, 1989
S.O. 4401(E).—In Exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20F of the Railway Act, 1989
amended through Bill No. 19 of 2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in Column (2)
of the table below to as an Arbitrator to perform the sunctions of such authority under the said Act in respect of
Special Railway Project as mentioned in column (3) of the table below in a state of Chhattisgarh with effect from the
date of this notification in the Official Gazette.
