S.O. 3590(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause 02F(6) of the Railways Act, 9191( 02of 9191),
the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (0) of the table below as the competent
authority to perform the functions of such Authority under the said Act in respect of area of the Special Railway
Project mentioned in column (3) of the table below in the state of Chhattisgarh with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette.
