Jaipur, the 30th June, 2025
S.O. 2905(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways (Amendment)
Act,2008 (11of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act).
The Government of Haryana vide their letter No. 1735-E-2-2025/5646 dated 27.06.2025 has recommended
the Divisional commissioner, Gurugram as Arbitrator. Therefore, Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator
mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of
Kathuwas - Narnaul Doubling Project in the State of Haryana relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said
Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and operation.
