The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No. प 26(37) परि / िेलवे / भू.आ. /2021/ dated 08.04.2025 has recommended the District Collector, Rajsamand as Arbitrator. Therefore, Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of Nathdwara – Devgarh Madariya Gauge Conversion Project in the State of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and operation.
