PICUP is responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions/conditions/standards mentioned in the relevant government orders/rules and ensuring that those who have already received or will receive ACP benefits are eligible.

महोदय,
उपर्युक्त विषय के संबंध मैं मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि शासन द्वारा
सम्यक विचारोपरान्त यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि निगम कार्मिकों को ए0सी0पी0 की
सुविधा अनुमन्य किए जाने हेतु सार्वजनिक उद्यम विभाग CART जारी शासनादेश मैं
निहित शर्तों एवं मापदण्डों को पूर्ण करते हुए GAT निगम कार्मिकों को ए0सी0पी0 लागू
किए जाने में हुई प्रक्रियात्मक कमी को परिमार्जित करते हुए पिकप के परिपत्र संख्या-
OH/4/2233/200/8TT-2/479 दिनांक 27.03.202 के द्वारा लागू की गयी सुनिश्चति
कैरियर प्रोन््नयन(ए0सी0पी0) की व्यवस्था को वित्त (वेतन आयोग) अनुभाग-2 के
शासनादेश सं0-वे0आ0-2-56/दस-62(एम)/2008 दिनांक 04.05.200 तथा तत्क्रम में
जारी शासनादेशों/स्पष्टीकरणों के अनुरूप MATH के अनुसार सुनिश्चति कैरियर
प्रोन््नयन (ए0सी0पी0) की व्यवस्था पिकप में लागू किए जाने की कार्योत्तर स्वीकृति प्रदान
की जाती है।
2. इस संबंध में होने वाले व्यय-भार, पिकप द्वारा स्वयं के स्रोतों से वहन किया
जाएगा तथा राज्य सरकार GANT कोई वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।
I- Ue शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नही है |
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वेब साइट htip://shasanadesh.up.gov.in से सत्यापित की जा सकती है |3. पिकप CaN सुसंगत शासनादेशों/नियमों आदि A उल्लखित प्राविधानों/शर्तों/
मानकों के अनुसार कार्यवाही सुनिश्चति की जाएगी। पिकप स्तर पर यह सुनिश्चति कर
लिया जाएगा कि जिन कार्मिकों को पूर्व मैं ए0सी0पी0 का लाभ दिया जा चुका है अथवा
भविष्य में दिया जाएगा, उन्हें ए0सी0पी0 का लाभ अनुमनन््य है तथा वे इसके पात्र हैं।
