This document is an official notification from the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Department of Industrial Development. The amended definition states that a "Private Developer" refers to an industrial organization/enterprise registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, the Indian Partnership Act 1932, or the Companies Act 2013, or a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) or a similar replacement act/law in effect during the validity period of the policy, and established for the purpose of setting up an industrial park/estate. If the objectives of the proposing company/partnership/SPV include the aim of setting up an industrial park/estate by making due amendment, such company/partnership/SPV will be considered eligible under the policy.
The notification clarifies that the July 20, 2018 office order remains otherwise unchanged.
Copies of the notification are sent to various officials, including the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretaries/Principal Secretaries, Special Secretaries of relevant departments, Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, Chief Executive Officers of UPSIDA and all industrial development authorities, the Chief Executive Officer of Invest UP, Divisional Commissioners/District Magistrates, the Commissioner and Director of Industries, the Director of Information and Public Relations, and relevant departments.

ISPV को नीति के अन्तर्गत पात्र माना
जायेगा।
