dtd:19.01.2023 for land acquisition as a Special Railway Project namely “Construction of Energy Corridor (4th line)
project between Construction of Energy Corridor (4th line) project between Belha – Dagori (6.50 Km) situated in
Chhattisgarh State” under Clause 37A of Section 2; vide S.O. no. 4928 (E) dtd 12.10.2022 and under Clause 7A of
Section 2; vide S.O. no. 310 (E) dtd 13.01.2023 of the Raiwlay Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary Part II - Section 3 - Sub – Section(ii).
The name of project to be corrected and read as-
“Construction of 4th line between Belha – Dagori of South East Central Railway (6.50 Km)” instead
of “Construction of Energy Corridor 4th line project between Belha – Dagori (6.50 Km) situated in
Chhattisgarh State”.
