S.O. 3537(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies “Asansol Division - 42 Nos Elimination of level
crossing in ER+DFC route from Khana – Pradhankanta” as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in
Purba Bardhaman, Paschim Bardhaman districts in the State of West Bengal and Dhanbad district in the State of
Jharkhand, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.
