S.O. 2279(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause 37A of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of
1989) the Central Government hereby notifies the following project as mentioned in column (2) of the table below
Special Railway Project in the State of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh for providing national infrastructure for a public
purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
