S.O. 3029(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Proposed Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing Gate No.33 at
KM.251/7-9 between Yadadri and Wangapalli Stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the
State of Telangana in the District of Bhuvanagiri for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
