S.O. 3032(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Proposed Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing Gate No.49 at
KM.275/46-48 between Raghavapuram and Ramagundam Stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of
land in the State of Telangana in the District of Peddapalli for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
