This notification, S.O. 3017(E), issued by the Central Government, Ministry of Railways, South Eastern Railway Construction Organization on July 3rd, 2025, designates the railway projects listed below as Special Railway Projects, effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. 5. 4th line from Santragachi Jn. to Panskura Jn. to Kharagpur Jn. (110.919 Km) in West Bengal.
6. Kalaikunda Nimpura West outer cabin-Gokulpur connectivity avoiding Reception yard (12.334 Km) in West Bengal.
The notification was recommended by F. No. SERCON/Orgn./HQLand PEC recommended Projects/SRP1 and issued by RAJEEV SHRIVASTAVA, Chief Admin. Officer Con.

notification in the Official Gazette.
