27-f40-4-00-at0wa0-968577, दिनांक 25.09.2025 द्वारा fata की गयी प्रशासकीय एवं वित्तीय
स्वीकृति के क्रम में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि जनपद महराजगंज में निचली नारायणी शाखा के किमी ०
39.450 से किमी ० 42.250 एवं जनपद कुशीनगर में किमी ० 53.500 से किमी ० 57.300 के मध्य बांयी पटरी पर
ब्रिक सोलिंग कार्य की परियोजना हेतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अनु0 सं0-94 सिंचाई विभाग(निर्माण कार्य)
पूंजीलेखा पक्ष के crarettt-4700-36-05-0-74-24 के अन्तर्गत प्राविधानित धनराशि BO 86.50 लाख के
सापेक्ष अवशेष धनराशि रु0 86.50 लाख में से रू0 45.44 लाख (रुपये पैंतालीस लाख एकतालीस हजार मात्र)
परियोजना के कार्यों हेतु अवमुक्त करने की श्री राज्यपाल AST स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं:-
नियम व शर्तें/प्रतिबन्धों
(4)) उक्त परियोजना हेतु अवमुक्त की जा रही धनराशि के सापेक्ष कराये जाने वाले कार्यों पर
नियमानुसार सेन््टेज चार्ज एवं लेबर AT का भुगतान तथा व्यय प्रबन्धन एवं शासकीय व्यय में मितव्ययिता
के संबंध में वित्त विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों का विशेष रूप से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया
जाएगा।बजट मैनुअल के प्राविधानों के अनुसार व्यय का प्रमाण-पत्र एवं कार्य सम्पादन के अनुरूप
उपयोगिता प्रमाण-पत्र शासन को समयान्न्तर्गत अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। उक्त सन्दर्भगत
शासनादेश द्वारा प्रश्नगत परियोजना हेतु निर्गत की गयी प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति में उल्लिखित प्रतिबन्ध
यथावत रहेंगे।
(2) उक्त परियोजना में कराये जाने वाले कार्यों कीगुणवत्ता एवं समय से पूर्ण कराया जाना सम्बन्धित
मुख्य अभियन्ता द्वारा सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
2- इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय रुपये 45,4,000 (रुपये पैंतालीस लाख एकतालीस हजार मात्र) को चालू वित्तीय
वर्ष 2025-26 के आय-व्ययक में अनुदान संख्या 094 लेखा शीर्षक 47003605704 सम्बद्ध कार्य मानक
मद 24 Fed निर्माण कार्य ATA डाला जायेगा।
