और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2277 (अ) तारीख 13 िनू 2024, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण,
भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा तले गं ाना राज्य के महबबू ाबाि जिल े म ें NH-930P के
दक.मी.143.635 स े दक.मी.178.500 (आरडीओ-महबबू ाबाि) तक के भखू ण्ड पर टोल प्लािा के जनमाणग , अनरु क्षण, प्रबधं न
और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसचू ना स े उपाबद्ध अनसु चू ी म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भजू म का अिनग करन े के अपन े आिय की घो
षणा की थी ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "05 िलु ाई 2024"
को " ि जहन्द्ि ू" (अग्रं िे ी) और " वले गू ु" (तले गु )ु िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ैऔर उसका
उजचत रूप से जनपटान दकया गया;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी

की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक उक्त अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th June, 2025
S.O. 2535(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, S.O. 2277 (E) Dated: 13th June, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section
3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/two/four-lane with paved shoulder, etc.),
maintenance, management and operation of Thorrur–Nehru Nagar Section of NH-930P on the stretch of land from
Km.143.635 to Km.178.500 (RDO-Mahabuabad) in the Mahabubabad district in the state of Telangana.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Hindu” (English) and “Velugu”
(Telugu) both dated 05th July 2024, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately:
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the NH-930P (Package-3) in the
stretch of land from the upgradation of Thorur-Nehru Nagar Section from Km.143.635 to Km. 178.500
(RDO-Mahabubabad) in the district of MAHABUBABAD in the state of TELANGANA.
