3. **Gangotri Commodities & Finvest Pvt Ltd:** Surrendered CoR due to NBFC ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation/merger/dissolution/ voluntary strike-off, etc. Registered office at Om Tower, 3rd Floor, 32, J. L. Nehru Road, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700071. CoR No.: B-05.05124, issued June 19, 2003, cancelled November 25, 2025.
4. **Perkin Dealers Pvt Ltd:** Surrendered CoR due to NBFC ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation/merger/dissolution/ voluntary strike-off, etc. Registered office at Om Tower, 32, J. L. Nehru Road, 3rd Floor, Room No. 303, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700071. CoR No.: B-05.04855, issued April 07, 2003, cancelled November 25, 2025.

The following 4 Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) have surrendered the
